To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the service date. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where only part of the service was not delivered or issues arose with specific items or aspects of the service.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services completed as scheduled without issues
  • Additional fees for optional services agreed upon by the customer
  • Charges incurred due to customer errors or miscommunication
